There’s a new hotel in the ‘hood and it’s home to three hot new additions to the Singapore F&B scene. Huzzah! Located at the edge of Orchard Rd, Novotel Singapore on Stevens is part of an integrated ‘lifestyle hub’ that boasts over 750 guest rooms, two outdoor pools, a tennis court, and a ginormous function space that can accommodate 500 guests (more on that later, keep reading to find out how you could win a staycation worth $500!). L’Apéritif Tapas Bar
Swish new tapas and cocktail bar, L’Apéritif Tapas Bar is our kinda place. Serving up an array of French inspired tipples (we love the sound of the Lavender 75: Citadelle original gin, homemade lavender honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and champagne – yum!), alongside tantalising tapas channelling French, Spanish, and Asian influences (think lamb sliders, patatas bravas, quesadillas, and Spanish tuna), it’s the perfect pit stop for laid back drinks and nibbles with friends, or a post-work pick-me-up.
Swing by in December to sample the house Christmas Eggnog; nothing gets us in the festive spirit quite like a sip of this fabulously festive cocktail. Hic!
Food Exchange
We applaud all additions to Singapore’s brunch scene (because who doesn’t love an all-you-can-eat feast and free flow?), and Food Exchange is taking things to the next level by giving us buffet style dining all day. Time to loosen that belt: breakfast, lunch, and dinner just got serious.
